Forge Skin – Return & Refund Policy

At Forge Skin, we want you to feel completely confident when trying our products. That's why every order is protected by our Return & Refund Policy.

All items purchased from Forge Skin including those on sale are eligible for return and refund under this policy.

If for any reason you're not satisfied within 60 days of purchase, just email us at info@try-forge.com. We'll guide you through the return process and, once approved, refund the full value of your order.

When you choose our 6-month supply, you automatically qualify for our extended 180-day return & refund policy. This means you can use the products for the entire period, and if you're not fully satisfied, you can still return them for a complete refund.

  2. We'll provide simple instructions and our return address:

  3. Once your return is received, we'll inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
  4. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  • Empty containers (products that have been fully used beyond the allowance of our guarantee)

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured service, as Forge Skin is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly from Forge Skin. It does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
