Return & Refund Policy

At Forge Skin, we stand by our 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. All items purchased from Forge Skin—including those on sale—are eligible for return and refund under this guarantee, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with the protective plastic film intact, and in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if the protective plastic seal on the product has been broken or tampered with.
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@try-forge.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@try-forge.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used skincare products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds:

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@try-forge.com.
